Terms of Services and Use
These Terms of Use establish a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and PossumLabs ("Entities or affiliates", "we", "our" or "us"). This agreement governs your utilization of all PossumLabs Services available on or through the PossumLabs.wtf Platform, PossumLabs Bots or in other formats. The Possumlabs Services may be developed, maintained, and/or provided by PossumLabs Entities or their affiliates.
By accessing the PossumLabs Platform and/or utilizing its Services, as defined in these Terms, you affirm that you have read, comprehended, and accepted these Terms along with any supplementary documents. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, which may be updated and amended periodically. By accessing the Possumlabs platform and using its services, you irrevocably waive your right to participate in a class action or any similar mass action in any jurisdiction or before any tribunal. You further agree that any claims against any possumlabs-related entity or affiliate will be subject to mandatory, binding arbitration.
If you do not fully understand and accept these Terms, you should refrain from using the PossumLabs Platform.
RISK WARNING
The PossumLabs Platform and Services facilitate engagement with user-generated Digital Assets through various methods. Neither the PossumLabs Entities nor any affiliates are liable for user-generated Digital Assets that you choose to engage with on the PossumLabs Platform or via PossumLabs Services. It is imperative that you grasp the risks associated with user-generated Digital Assets before engaging with the Platform and Services.
The value of User-Generated Digital Assets, particularly memecoins prevalent on the PossumLabs Platform and as part of the Services, can exhibit substantial volatility, posing a significant risk of economic loss when buying, selling, holding, or investing in any Digital Asset. You should assess whether participating on the PossumLabs Platform in general or utilizing it("s") Services in particular aligns with your personal circumstances, whether financial or otherwise.
You acknowledge that we do not serve as your broker, intermediary, agent, or advisor, and we hold no fiduciary relationship or obligation to you concerning any activities you engage in while using PossumLabs. We do not provide and are not delivering investment or consulting advice, and no communication or information provided to you should be interpreted as such. We do not advocate for the purchase, earning, sale, or holding of any user-generated Digital Asset under any circumstances.
1. What is PossumLabs.wtf
PossumLabs serves as a non-custodial front-end interface facilitating user interactions with on-chain smart contracts deployed on the Solana blockchain, inclusive of those established and maintained by the Raydium protocol ("Raydium").
It is important to note that we do not exert control over or operate the underlying blockchain or the smart contracts. Therefore, your engagement with the Services is conducted at your own risk. We do not offer brokerage, custody, investment, legal, or tax advisory services. All engagements with PossumLabs are self-directed, placing the responsibility of use at your discretion.

Agree to these Terms, which means if you’re an individual, you need to be old enough according to the laws in your country.
If you’re joining us on behalf of a company or organization, make sure you have the authority to do so and can bind them to these Terms.

Any place where using the PossumLabs or services would be illegal.
Any country that we’ve listed as prohibited.
We might change these eligibility criteria whenever we want, and we don’t have to give you a heads up. We’ll let you know about any changes by updating the "last updated" date at the top of these Terms, but here are some situations where we might change things without telling you first:

You agree to keep an eye on these Terms for any updates because we can end your access to the PossumLabs and services anytime for any reason.
4. To get into PossumLabs Platform and use our Services, you need the right gear (like a computer or smartphone) and an internet connection. You can reach PossumLabs using bots or other methods we might allow from time to time, as long as you follow all the rules and requirements laid out in these Terms.
5. Using the PossumLabs Platform and other access methods might come with extra terms that we may ask for from time to time, and we will let you know about those.
3. Fees
3.1 You can find the fees for using PossumLabs Services under https://possumlabs.wtf/fees. PossumLabs and their affiliates currently don’t charge any fees for accessing the Platform, but they do reserve the right to start charging fees at their discretion in the future.
3.2. By using the PossumLabs, you agree to pay all applicable fees as prompted during your use, whether on the PossumLabs Platform or through a different third-party interface. Keep in mind that the PossumLabs Entities and affiliates don’t control any fees that third parties might charge for accessing PossumLabs Services, so you’re responsible for paying any of those third-party fees.
3.3. You give us permission to deduct any applicable fees, commissions, interest, charges, and other amounts you owe from the Wallet linked to the PossumLabs Platform as per these Terms.
4. Transactions
We can’t guarantee that any actions you take on the PossumLabs Platform or while using our Services will be successful or happen within a certain timeframe. By using PossumLabs, you acknowledge that smart contract transactions, like those done through the PossumLabs Platform, execute and settle automatically, and that blockchain systems can be unpredictable, with transaction speeds potentially increasing significantly at any moment.
You agree that the PossumLabs and their affiliates can, but aren’t obligated to, keep a record of all transaction details related to your use of the Platform. You also agree that if we gather this information, we can retain it for as long as necessary to serve its purpose or for any duration required by applicable law.
5. Wallet Connections
To utilize PossumLabs.wtf, it is necessary to link a third-party, non-custodial digital wallet ("Wallet"). We do not have control over your Wallet, nor can we access, recover, or reverse any transactions made from your Wallet. You find Walletconnect service own terms: https://walletconnect.network/terms
6. Possumlabs.wtf & Raydium
PossumLabs.wtf functions autonomously and is not connected to, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Raydium protocol or its developers.
Although we utilize smart contracts that are managed by Raydium, we do not act on their behalf, and your engagement with PossumLabs.wtf does not suggest any affiliation with Raydium.
7. Security
7.1 You bear the responsibility for taking suitable measures to safeguard your hardware and data from viruses, malicious software, and any inappropriate content. Except as stipulated by Applicable Law, you are accountable for backing up and maintaining duplicate copies of any information related to your use of PossumLabs Platform. The PossumLabs owners, developers and their affiliates shall not be liable for any claims or losses arising from your failure to adhere to this clause.
7.2 At all times, you, along with anyone you authorize to access PossumLabs.wtf through your Wallet (referred to as "Permitted Users"), must ensure adequate security and control over all information utilized to access the Platform. You are responsible for implementing necessary security measures to protect such information, which includes:
strictly following all of our mechanisms or procedures;
never permitting remote access or sharing your computer and/or computer screen with others while logged into PossumLabs Platform or using our Services;
remembering that under no circumstances will we request you to share any of your passwords, 2-factor authentication codes, or similar information. You should never disclose these if requested.
7.3 You are entirely responsible for securing the information used to access the PossumLabs Platform against any attacks and unauthorized access.
7.4 It is crucial that you keep an eye on your Activity History to detect any unauthorized or suspicious activity on your account. You agree to notify us as soon as possible regarding any suspicious activity related to the Wallet you use to access the PossumLabs Platform. You acknowledge that any Security Breach could lead to unauthorized access to your Wallet by third parties, resulting in the loss or theft of any Digital Assets and/or funds from your Wallet and any associated Wallets or accounts.
8. Moderation and Rights
PossumLabs.wtf retains the authority to reject or eliminate any asset that fails to meet basic standards.
